Delivery charges are based on weight (kgs) within the UK and Europe, International orders are based on volumetric weight and may be more than what you pay at checkout. Charges are the same when ordering online, by email or over the phone and include VAT. Items if in stock are dispatched same day (Before 2pm) and sent on a next working day service and includes insurance cover. See our main section below for more details.

Refunds are available within 14 days after delivery for products that are unused and are in original packaging. Special order goods are non-refundable. Products that are damaged in transit to or from the customer can be refunded up to 14 days after the product has been delivered.
Refunds
Products returned to us in imperfect, non-resalable condition will not qualify for a refund. Products that are faulty due to the manufacturing process are refundable under the manufacturer's warranty for a limited time specified in the manufacturer's terms and conditions. These do not apply if the product has been fitted incorrectly or misused, motorsport use could further reduce the manufacturer's warranty.
If an order is cancelled or refunded the buyer is responsible for the return of the goods to such address as directed by the supplier and is at the consumer's sole expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.

For enthusiasts pushing the performance boundaries of the MINI R53, particularly those increasing the engine’s rev limit beyond OEM specifications, attention must be given to the durability and stability of the valvetrain components. One of the critical concerns at elevated RPMs is valve float, a condition where the valve springs can no longer keep the valvetrain in full control, risking piston-to-valve contact, power loss, and mechanical failure.
To mitigate this risk and ensure reliable high-RPM operation, the adoption of high-performance valvetrain components is essential. This includes:
Supertech Titanium Valve Retainers
Lightweight yet incredibly strong, titanium retainers significantly reduce mass at the top of the valve assembly. This reduction in inertia improves the spring’s ability to control valve motion, especially at high engine speeds, and contributes to faster valve response and reduced stress on other components.
Supertech Beehive Valve Springs
Beehive springs feature a tapered coil design, which reduces spring mass and increases natural frequency, thereby enhancing resistance to valve float. Their progressive shape also allows the use of smaller, lighter retainers and helps minimise harmonic resonance—both essential for maintaining valvetrain control in high-revving engines.
Supertech Valve locators
Upgraded valve seats are a critical complement when running stainless or Inconel valves under high loads and elevated combustion temperatures.
