The brake callipers are Brembo as are the drilled disks. They've got huge stopping power and aesthetically they the perfect set for the OZ Formula HLT wheels and Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tyres! Braided hoses from Goodridge are filled with Motul RBF 660 racing brake fluid to keep the pads moving with precision.

Induction

The induction kit from AEM is a power enhancing modification that utilises the MINI's bonnet scoop to feed cold dense oxygen-rich air to the combustion chamber. This MINI with it's Owen Developments hybrid turbo and Config four N18 Crate engine will be demanding more oxygen to create power and the AEM induction kit will be there to meet the demand.

We also fitted the AEM front strut brace to strengthen the chassis helping with the car's handling under hard cornering. As you can see it makes space for the air filter box and doesn't get in the way of the bonnet scoop.

To get over the 285bhp mark on an R56 MINI you'll need a turbo upgrade. Here's the bolt-on Owen Developments Hybrid Turbo.

The exterior housing remains the same size so no need to worry about fitment. Its the internals - a larger turbine wheel and larger compressor that are giving you more power.
