Delivery charges are based on weight (kgs) within the UK and Europe, International orders are based on volumetric weight and may be more than what you pay at checkout. Charges are the same when ordering online, by email or over the phone and include VAT. Items if in stock are dispatched same day (Before 2pm) and sent on a next working day service and includes insurance cover. See our main section below for more details.

Europe and Rest of the WorldFor European and rest of the orders, parcels are sent by DHL and costs start from £12 up to 30kg per box. Delivery time takes between 3-7 working days depending on country.

Returns
Refunds are available within 14 days after delivery for products that are unused and are in original packaging. Special order goods are non-refundable. Products that are damaged in transit to or from the customer can be refunded up to 14 days after the product has been delivered.
Refunds
Products returned to us in imperfect, non-resalable condition will not qualify for a refund. Products that are faulty due to the manufacturing process are refundable under the manufacturer's warranty for a limited time specified in the manufacturer's terms and conditions. These do not apply if the product has been fitted incorrectly or misused, motorsport use could further reduce the manufacturer's warranty.
If an order is cancelled or refunded the buyer is responsible for the return of the goods to such address as directed by the supplier and is at the consumer's sole expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.

The Powerflex Upper Engine Mount Insert is suitable F55, F56, F57 and F60 models and is a simple yet highly effective upgrade designed to reduce engine movement and improve drivetrain control without compromising everyday drivability. Manufactured from Powerflex's proven Yellow 70A polyurethane compound, this insert fits into the voids of the original upper engine mount, increasing support and reducing excessive engine roll under load.
As power and torque increase through ECU tuning, upgraded turbochargers or other performance modifications, the forces placed upon the engine mounting system rise significantly. The factory rubber mounts are designed to isolate vibration and improve refinement, but this can allow excessive engine movement during hard acceleration, aggressive gear changes and spirited driving.
The insert fills the key voided areas within the original mount, limiting unwanted engine movement whilst retaining the factory mount and its refinement characteristics.
