Delivery charges are based on weight (kgs) within the UK and Europe, International orders are based on volumetric weight and may be more than what you pay at checkout. Charges are the same when ordering online, by email or over the phone and include VAT. Items if in stock are dispatched same day (Before 2pm) and sent on a next working day service and includes insurance cover. See our main section below for more details.

Orders under £200 are sent by a DHL Express service that is usually a next day service and costs start from £12 depending on weight.

Europe and Rest of the WorldFor European and rest of the orders, parcels are sent by DHL and costs start from £12 up to 30kg per box. Delivery time takes between 3-7 working days depending on country.

The cleint is responsible for all import duites, taxes and processing fees which are payable to the carrier or carrier agent prior to delivery.

Returns
Refunds are available within 14 days after delivery for products that are unused and are in original packaging. Special order goods are non-refundable. Products that are damaged in transit to or from the customer can be refunded up to 14 days after the product has been delivered.
Refunds
Products returned to us in imperfect, non-resalable condition will not qualify for a refund. Products that are faulty due to the manufacturing process are refundable under the manufacturer's warranty for a limited time specified in the manufacturer's terms and conditions. These do not apply if the product has been fitted incorrectly or misused, motorsport use could further reduce the manufacturer's warranty.
If an order is cancelled or refunded the buyer is responsible for the return of the goods to such address as directed by the supplier and is at the consumer's sole expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Auto Finesse Imperial Wheel Cleaner is an acid free alloy wheel cleaner designed to remove brake dust, road grime, salt and general contamination while remaining suitable for regular maintenance of carefully finished wheels.
Its surfactant based formula works to loosen and surround dirt so that contamination can be safely agitated and rinsed away. Imperial is well suited to enthusiasts who want effective wheel cleaning without relying on aggressive acidic cleaners, making it ideal for maintaining painted, lacquered and powder coated alloy wheels.
Used regularly, Imperial helps prevent brake dust and road contamination from building up and keeps the wheels looking sharp, clean and well presented as part of the overall finish of the car.
Two sizes are available, with a different formulation depending on the pack size.
500ml Ready to Use
The 500ml version is supplied pre diluted and ready to use straight from the bottle. It is ideal for routine wheel cleaning and provides a simple, convenient option for regular home detailing.
Simply apply to cool wheels, allow the product to work and agitate stubborn areas with a suitable wheel or detailing brush before rinsing thoroughly.
1 Litre Concentrate
The 1 litre version is supplied as a concentrated formula, allowing the cleaning strength to be adjusted depending on the level of contamination.
It can be diluted for regular maintenance cleaning or mixed at a stronger concentration when dealing with heavier brake dust and road grime. This makes the 1 litre version an excellent choice for enthusiasts who clean frequently and want greater flexibility and value from each bottle.
