Delivery charges are based on weight (kgs) within the UK and Europe, International orders are based on volumetric weight and may be more than what you pay at checkout. Charges are the same when ordering online, by email or over the phone and include VAT. Items if in stock are dispatched same day (Before 2pm) and sent on a next working day service and includes insurance cover. See our main section below for more details.

Europe and Rest of the WorldFor European and rest of the orders, parcels are sent by DHL and costs start from £12 up to 30kg per box. Delivery time takes between 3-7 working days depending on country.

Returns
Refunds are available within 14 days after delivery for products that are unused and are in original packaging. Special order goods are non-refundable. Products that are damaged in transit to or from the customer can be refunded up to 14 days after the product has been delivered.
Refunds
Products returned to us in imperfect, non-resalable condition will not qualify for a refund. Products that are faulty due to the manufacturing process are refundable under the manufacturer's warranty for a limited time specified in the manufacturer's terms and conditions. These do not apply if the product has been fitted incorrectly or misused, motorsport use could further reduce the manufacturer's warranty.
If an order is cancelled or refunded the buyer is responsible for the return of the goods to such address as directed by the supplier and is at the consumer's sole expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Crafted in Sheffield by British exhaust specialists, each system is engineered from certified grade 304 stainless steel — a premium, corrosion-resistant alloy known for its durability and refined finish. The pipework is shaped using precision CNC mandrel bending, ensuring a perfectly smooth internal profile that helps exhaust gases flow more freely. This enhanced efficiency can support modest gains in bhp and torque, allowing the R58 and R59 to respond with even more enthusiasm on acceleration.
The lightweight nature of 304 stainless steel also brings a tangible benefit to these already agile two-seater MINIs. With around a 22% weight saving compared to the factory exhaust, the Cobra Sport system subtly improves handling balance and responsiveness. Whether roof-up or roof-down, your Coupe or Roadster will feel more poised, more playful, and more engaging.
Acoustic tuning is at the heart of Cobra Sport’s development for the R58 and R59. The resonated system provides a sporty yet refined tone, avoiding the intrusive drone that can be more noticeable in the more compact cabins of the Coupe and Roadster. This makes it ideal for everyday driving and long-distance journeys alike. For drivers who want a louder, more assertive exhaust note, the non-resonated version delivers maximum volume and a more aggressive character.
To complete the look, two stainless-steel tailpipe designs are available, allowing you to tailor the exhaust to your MINI’s style. The TP58 offers an inward-rolled slash-cut finish reminiscent of classic motorsport aesthetics, while the TP83 features an inward slash-cut design with a sharper, more modern appearance. Both options elevate the rear profile of the R58 and R59, adding a premium visual flourish to match the enhanced soundtrack.
