Delivery charges are based on weight (kgs) within the UK and Europe, International orders are based on volumetric weight and may be more than what you pay at checkout. Charges are the same when ordering online, by email or over the phone and include VAT. Items if in stock are dispatched same day (Before 2pm) and sent on a next working day service and includes insurance cover. See our main section below for more details.

Europe and Rest of the World

For European and rest of the orders, parcels are sent by DHL and costs start from £12 up to 30kg per box. Delivery time takes between 3-7 working days depending on country.

The cleint is responsible for all import duites, taxes and processing fees which are payable to the carrier or carrier agent prior to delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Returns

Refunds are available within 14 days after delivery for products that are unused and are in original packaging. Special order goods are non-refundable. Products that are damaged in transit to or from the customer can be refunded up to 14 days after the product has been delivered.

Refunds

Products returned to us in imperfect, non-resalable condition will not qualify for a refund. Products that are faulty due to the manufacturing process are refundable under the manufacturer's warranty for a limited time specified in the manufacturer's terms and conditions. These do not apply if the product has been fitted incorrectly or misused, motorsport use could further reduce the manufacturer's warranty.

If an order is cancelled or refunded the buyer is responsible for the return of the goods to such address as directed by the supplier and is at the consumer's sole expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Lohen offers professional, in-house fitting for all products at our workshop in Eccleshall, Staffordshire. Here are the important things you need to know: Fitting Cost - this part forms part of the installation of speaker and an Audison amp. For a full install of these components allow an approximate cost of £500-£600 depending on the set up and specification requested Fitting Time - 8 - 10 hours Required Additional Items/Services - Audison Forza Amplifier Lohen Recommends - take the time to add sound deadening to doors and side panels to make the most of the audio upgrades. When doing this ensure you have a good trim removal tool and spare trim clips
