Delivery and Shipping

Delivery charges are based on weight (kgs) within the UK and Europe, International orders are based on volumetric weight and may be more than what you pay at checkout. Charges are the same when ordering online, by email or over the phone and include VAT. Items if in stock are dispatched same day (Before 2pm) and sent on a next working day service and includes insurance cover. See our main section below for more details.

Sample Shipping Costs

Orders under £200 are sent by a DHL Express service that is usually a next day service and costs start from £12 depending on weight.

Europe and Rest of the World

For European and rest of the orders, parcels are sent by DHL and costs start from £12 up to 30kg per box. Delivery time takes between 3-7 working days depending on country.

The cleint is responsible for all import duites, taxes and processing fees which are payable to the carrier or carrier agent prior to delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Returns

Refunds are available within 14 days after delivery for products that are unused and are in original packaging. Special order goods are non-refundable. Products that are damaged in transit to or from the customer can be refunded up to 14 days after the product has been delivered.

Refunds

Products returned to us in imperfect, non-resalable condition will not qualify for a refund. Products that are faulty due to the manufacturing process are refundable under the manufacturer's warranty for a limited time specified in the manufacturer's terms and conditions. These do not apply if the product has been fitted incorrectly or misused, motorsport use could further reduce the manufacturer's warranty.

If an order is cancelled or refunded the buyer is responsible for the return of the goods to such address as directed by the supplier and is at the consumer's sole expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Tailored to your MINI’s original audio specification

This upgrade is intelligently configured based on whether your MINI is fitted with the Harman Kardon sound system or the standard audio setup:

Harman Kardon–equipped MINIs
These models already feature separate tweeters mounted in the A-pillars. The upgrade includes:

Audison 2-way component speakers for the main cabin
Upgraded lower door speakers for improved mid-bass depth and control

This setup enhances clarity and soundstage precision while retaining the factory tweeter locations, resulting in a more immersive and refined listening experience.

Standard audio MINIs
Models without Harman Kardon do not have A-pillar tweeters from the factory. For these cars, the upgrade includes:

Audison coaxial speakers, integrating the tweeter and midrange into a single unit
Matching lower door speaker set to strengthen low-frequency performance

This configuration delivers a dramatic improvement in detail, volume, and tonal balance without the need for additional speaker locations.

Lohen supply the necessary wiring adapters and speaker carriers to made this a plug and play set up, ensuring there is no cutting of the original harness.

Fitting Details

Lohen offers in-house fitting for all products at our workshop in Eccleshall, Staffordshire. Here are the important things you need to know:

Fitting Cost - £180 for the standard MINI system or £135 for the Harmon Kardon system.

Fitting Time - 2 hours
