Delivery and Shipping

Delivery charges are based on weight (kgs) within the UK and Europe, International orders are based on volumetric weight and may be more than what you pay at checkout. Charges are the same when ordering online, by email or over the phone and include VAT. Items if in stock are dispatched same day (Before 2pm) and sent on a next working day service and includes insurance cover. See our main section below for more details.

Sample Shipping Costs

Orders under £200 are sent by a DHL Express service that is usually a next day service and costs start from £12 depending on weight.

Europe and Rest of the World

For European and rest of the orders, parcels are sent by DHL and costs start from £12 up to 30kg per box. Delivery time takes between 3-7 working days depending on country.

The cleint is responsible for all import duites, taxes and processing fees which are payable to the carrier or carrier agent prior to delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Returns

Refunds are available within 14 days after delivery for products that are unused and are in original packaging. Special order goods are non-refundable. Products that are damaged in transit to or from the customer can be refunded up to 14 days after the product has been delivered.

Refunds

Products returned to us in imperfect, non-resalable condition will not qualify for a refund. Products that are faulty due to the manufacturing process are refundable under the manufacturer's warranty for a limited time specified in the manufacturer's terms and conditions. These do not apply if the product has been fitted incorrectly or misused, motorsport use could further reduce the manufacturer's warranty.

If an order is cancelled or refunded the buyer is responsible for the return of the goods to such address as directed by the supplier and is at the consumer's sole expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Developed exclusively for motorsport, the Competizione compound delivers exceptional initial bite, outstanding pedal feel and remarkable resistance to brake fade, allowing consistent braking performance throughout demanding track sessions.

With a high coefficient of friction and excellent thermal stability, Competizione pads maintain predictable braking performance even under extreme temperatures generated during repeated heavy braking. Their low compressibility provides a firm, confidence inspiring pedal, while the progressive release characteristics offer precise modulation when braking at the limit. Designed to operate at temperatures exceeding 900°C, they are ideally suited to track days, sprint events and competitive motorsport.

As a dedicated track compound, these pads prioritise outright stopping power and heat resistance over everyday comfort. Increased brake dust, noise and accelerated disc wear should be expected compared with fast road compounds, making them unsuitable for regular road use.

Lohen offers in-house fitting for all products at our workshop in Eccleshall, Staffordshire, ST21 6JL. Here are the important things you need to know:

Fitting Cost - £90 Single Axle, £180 For Both Axles
Fitting Time - 1 Hour Single Axle, 2 Hours Both Axles
Required Additional Items/Services - No required items or services needed.
Lohen Recommends - When changing your pads you might want to check your discs as these may need replacing.
