Refunds are available within 14 days after delivery for products that are unused and are in original packaging. Special order goods are non-refundable. Products that are damaged in transit to or from the customer can be refunded up to 14 days after the product has been delivered.
Refunds
Products returned to us in imperfect, non-resalable condition will not qualify for a refund. Products that are faulty due to the manufacturing process are refundable under the manufacturer's warranty for a limited time specified in the manufacturer's terms and conditions. These do not apply if the product has been fitted incorrectly or misused, motorsport use could further reduce the manufacturer's warranty.
If an order is cancelled or refunded the buyer is responsible for the return of the goods to such address as directed by the supplier and is at the consumer's sole expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Description
The Forge Motorsport High Flow Intake Hose is a performance focused upgrade designed to improve airflow efficiency and turbocharger response on the Gen 4 MINI F65 and F66 Cooper S and JCW models equipped with the B48 engine.
The factory turbo inlet pipe contains internal restrictions and an integrated muffler designed to reduce intake noise. While this improves refinement, it introduces turbulence and limits airflow to the turbocharger, an issue that becomes even more apparent on tuned vehicles. The Forge high-flow inlet hose removes these restrictions, allowing the engine to breathe more freely and improving airflow directly into the turbocharger.
The Forge design features a larger internal diameter and smooth airflow path, increasing the volume of air delivered to the turbo. This results in faster turbo spool, sharper throttle response, and stronger power delivery, particularly noticeable during acceleration after gear changes or when coming back onto the throttle.
Unlike many aftermarket inlet upgrades that rely on aluminium pipework, Forge Motorsport developed this system using high performance 5 ply reinforced silicone. During development testing, aluminium pipes demonstrated significant heat soak during repeated dyno runs, absorbing and transferring heat into the intake air stream. By switching to silicone construction, Forge eliminated this issue, ensuring stable intake temperatures and consistent performance even after multiple high-load runs.
The hose also features integrated stainless steel reinforcement rings to prevent collapse under load, a common issue with inferior silicone products. Internally, a fluoro lined surface provides excellent resistance to oil vapours, fuel vapours, coolant and chemical degradation, significantly extending durability and service life.
Forge's dyno testing demonstrated measurable improvements, with gains of nearly 8 BHP at the wheels when paired with the standard airbox and factory filter. Torque also increased by up to 10 Nm from 4,000 RPM through to the redline, delivering improved mid-range response and stronger acceleration throughout the rev range.
The Forge high flow inlet hose is a direct bolt on upgrade, requiring no permanent modifications and maintaining factory fitment quality. It can be used with the OEM airbox or aftermarket systems, including the Forge Motorsport carbon fibre induction kit, making it a versatile upgrade for both standard and modified vehicles.
