Delivery charges are based on weight (kgs) within the UK and Europe, International orders are based on volumetric weight and may be more than what you pay at checkout. Charges are the same when ordering online, by email or over the phone and include VAT. Refunds are available within 14 days after delivery for products that are unused and are in original packaging. Special order goods are non-refundable. Products that are damaged in transit to or from the customer can be refunded up to 14 days after the product has been delivered.
Refunds
Products returned to us in imperfect, non-resalable condition will not qualify for a refund. Products that are faulty due to the manufacturing process are refundable under the manufacturer's warranty for a limited time specified in the manufacturer's terms and conditions. These do not apply if the product has been fitted incorrectly or misused, motorsport use could further reduce the manufacturer's warranty.
If an order is cancelled or refunded the buyer is responsible for the return of the goods to such address as directed by the supplier and is at the consumer's sole expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.

The Forge Motorsport E-DV Blow Off Valve for the Gen 4 MINI F65 and F66 Cooper S and JCW models is engineered to deliver improved turbo response, reliability and performance while maintaining full compatibility with modern ECU controlled turbo systems.
Modern MINI engines rely on electronically controlled diverter valves to manage boost pressure. While effective for standard applications, the factory plastic valve can become a limitation when boost pressure and airflow are increased through tuning. The Forge E-DV replaces the OEM unit with a precision-engineered billet aluminium valve, designed to withstand higher boost levels while maintaining fast and accurate boost control.
Machined from certified aerospace-grade aluminium billet, the valve provides exceptional strength and durability compared with the original component. Internally, it incorporates Forge’s integrated electronic pilot valve technology, a system proven in multiple motorsport applications and engineered to deliver rapid response and reliable operation under demanding conditions.
Unlike traditional aftermarket blow-off valves that can cause compatibility issues with modern engine management systems, the Forge E-DV has been developed specifically to work with the MINI’s electronic boost control strategy. The result is a 100% leak-free system that avoids triggering engine management lights (EML) while delivering faster valve actuation and improved throttle response.
The hybrid venting design allows the valve to vent to atmosphere while maintaining correct ECU operation, producing the distinctive turbo discharge sound many enthusiasts want without compromising drivability or engine management calibration.
Installation is completely plug and play, requiring no additional vacuum lines, remote solenoids or complex plumbing. The valve also features 360° rotational adjustment, allowing it to be positioned to suit surrounding components within the tight packaging of modern MINI engine bays.
