Lohen – COVID 19 Update
Dear MINI Enthusiasts
After being closed to the public for workshop related work for the last few weeks, Lohen has been putting in measures to ensure we can safely serve our customers when in the building. From today, Lohen is opening it's workshop facilities again for customers who want to book in for servicing, repairs or performance modifications. When visiting Lohen please abide by the following conditions:
UPON ARRIVAL - Please ring the doorbell and step back outside so a member of staff can safely open the door and let you in.
SOCIAL DISTACING - Lohen is only accepting customers by appointment only. Only one customer will be allowed within Lohen at any given time. Please ensure you maintain a 2-metre distance with our staff at all times.
WAITING AREA - In line with HSE recommendations reading materials and all non-essential items have been removed. Surfaces will be cleaned twice daily.
NO REFRESHMENTS - In line with HSE recommendations refreshments have been removed so please bring something with you.
CAR CLEANING - Please provide your car in a clean state. Lohen will disinfect contact surfaces upon receipt and return of the MINI.
PAYMENTS - wherever possible please use contactless payments - bank transfer is ideal but we will maintain card processing facilities.
PLEASE NOTE - We are still running on a limited number of staff members. All website orders will be processed as usual, but there may be a delay to our usual service. Response times may also be affected during this time but we will respond to all messages.

Dear MINI Enthusiasts
The Prime Minister announced that non-essential premises must now close to help slow the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government has therefore released official guidance relating to which businesses are and are not able to continue trading.
Car showrooms must now close, but garages providing vehicle repairs (including servicing and MOTs) can stay open.
If your MINI is in the Lohen workshop, we will be completing any jobs already started. We will not, however, be accepting any new customers through our doors to ensure the utmost safety for our staff, MINI customers and to adhere with government guidelines.
We would like to reassure our customers and the general public as a whole that we are taking the current COVID-19 situation very seriously and have put in place a host of precautions to ensure that Lohen employees, customers and the general public are kept as safe as possible and not exposed to any unnecessary risks.
Delivery services are still running as normal within the UK so all online orders will be fulfilled as normal by next-day DPD post. Most international orders are also being shipped without any interruption. You can place parts orders with us by phone or on our website lohen.co.uk.
If you need to contact Lohen, there will be a member of staff on hand to answer phone calls, emails and social media messages. If we do not get back to you within 24 hours, we have not have forgotten about you we are running on reduced staff numbers and will endeavour to respond to you as quickly as possible.
