This regards all performance packages and performance figures that may be shown elsewhere on this website. All figures are estimations, decided by testing, previous figures and experience. In places the figures shown are results of a rolling road session. Even though the figures may be based on a rolling road figure, all figures should be considered as rough guides. This is because figures vary from one rolling road to another and also from one car to another so are not reliable sources; they are only useful for comparison tests whereby a session is done before and after modifications on the same rolling road and on the same day.
Delivery charges are based on weight (kgs), so you will only pay for the products you have ordered. Charges are the same when ordering online, by email or over the phone and include VAT. Delivery is on a next working day before 7pm or before 1pm service (if in stock) and includes insurance cover. See our main section below for more details.

Our shipping prices are occasionally subject to change. Lohen reserves the right to contact you with a shipping amendment if necessary.
If you would like to order from abroad we have delivery services to cater for your needs as we regularly supply to international customers from around the world. To place an order from overseas you can either do this on the online store, call us or email us with what you would like to order and if your address details.
If you're ordering from one of the following countries/areas the online shop will automatically calculate the shipping cost, making ordering from overseas even easier: EU, Australia, Albania, Andorra, Canada, China, Iceland, Japan, Malaysia, Monaco, Norway, Philippines, Russian Federation, Singapore, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, USA. Please see the online store for the full list of available countries.
Any orders placed from outside the UK may be subject to an import charge depending on your country. Lohen is not liable for any import charges and always displays the full value of an order, on the invoice.
PURCHASING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Stock - We endeavor to hold most items in stock. When an order is placed online, but the item is out of stock, we will contact you within 24 hours information regarding lead times during normal working times, or as soon as possible in the event of national holiday or our attendance at shows.
Prices - The prices shown are the prices you pay for the product or shipping, they include VAT but exclude delivery. If you pay via Paypal, there will be a handling fee that is applied by PayPal. Delivery is outlined below and in the Overview section above. Lohen reserves the right to cancel web orders at any time. Reasons can be due to fraudulent activity, items being out of stock, items being discontinued by the manufacturer or due to miss-pricing on our website.
To Order - To place an order using the online store, click the above Shop button, select your products and click the checkout button. Our payment service will then process your order. Alternatively call us on 01785 859999 (Open 9am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday) and speak to one of our team members who will be able to assist you in any enquiries or orders you may have. We do our very best to satisfy all orders same day. However, please note due to changing workload, we reserve the right to process orders received after 2pm the next working day.
Payment Methods - Payment can be made by Credit/Debit Card & PayPal. We also accept cash, cleared cheques and Bank transfers, please call us for more details.
Returns and Refund Policy - Refunds are available within 7 days after delivery for products that are unused and are in original packaging. Special order goods are non-refundable. Products that are damaged in transit to or from the customer can be refunded up to 14 days after the product has been delivered. Products returned to us in imperfect, non-resalable condition will not qualify for refund. Products that are faulty due to manufacturing process are refundable under the manufacturers' warranty for a limited time specified in the manufacturer's terms and conditions. These do not apply if the product has been fitted incorrectly or mis-used, motorsport use could further reduce the manufacturer's warranty. If an order is cancelled or refunded the buyer is responsible for the return of the goods to such address as directed by the supplier and is at the consumer's sole expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Delivery - All mainland UK deliveries are sent out using a Next Working Day courier or Royal Mail Second class service. The weights are automated and the estimate for delivery will be clearly shown when processing your order through the online shop. These prices will also be the same when ordering over the phone or by email.
All orders placed after 2pm will be processed and sent out on the next working day. Upon receiving a parcel, we strongly encourage you to check the goods before signing for "In perfect condition". If you have signed for a parcel "In perfect condition", but goods inside are damaged, we cannot accept liability for damaged parts. Checking the state of parts remains the customer's responsibility: damaged parcels must be marked when accepting delivery.
Exporting of Goods - Export restrictions do not apply on our products. Taxes may however apply for exporting products to some countries. VAT of 20% will be removed when products are sold to non EC countries.
Security - Our online shop uses a secure server to protect the details you give us when ordering online.
Privacy - We are committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the security of any personal information received from you. We strictly adhere to the requirements of the data protection legislation in the UK. We use your personal information for payment, billing, delivery and email update messages (if you choose to receive these messages). We do not sell, rent or exchange your personal information with any third party for commercial reasons, beyond the essential requirement for credit/debit card validation during purchase. We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information that you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access in accordance with the UK data protection legislation. We use a technology called "cookies" as part of a normal business procedure to track patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site.

Disclaimer - Due to the nature of car and engine tuning we are not responsible for any damage caused to car/person by such modifications, misuse, racing and/or incorrect fitting of products by the customer (i.e. not fitted by Lohen). Our work does not carry a warranty, either stated or implied. Individual parts are subject to manufacturers warranty, and are treated on an individual basis.
