The Cooper S Countryman turbocharged MINI features an electronically controlled bypass valve that has been known to cause faults. Forge’s alternative is fully engineered offering both improved reliability as well as being as responsive as the OEM item. It replaces the original unit with a vacuum operated piston valve, which retains the OEM ECU control over actuation. On re-application of the throttle the Forge valve is marginally quicker than the OEM meaning boost can be built up sooner. By using a piston valve you remove the chance of diaphragm failure that has been known to occur on the OEM item. Further benefits are that it is a tunable item, the internal spring can be changed to match how much boost your MINI is running. This product has been thoroughly tested resulting in no fault codes; check lights or adverse effects of any kind. The re-circulation valve is a direct replacement and will produce a typical dump valve sound. Suitable for turbocharged petrol models only.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns and Refund Policy - Refunds are available within 7 days after delivery for products that are unused and are in original packaging. Special order goods are non-refundable. Products that are damaged in transit to or from the customer can be refunded up to 14 days after the product has been delivered. Products returned to us in imperfect, non-resalable condition will not qualify for refund. Products that are faulty due to manufacturing process are refundable under the manufacturers' warranty for a limited time specified in the manufacturer's terms and conditions. These do not apply if the product has been fitted incorrectly or mis-used, motorsport use could further reduce the manufacturer's warranty. If an order is cancelled or refunded the buyer is responsible for the return of the goods to such address as directed by the supplier and is at the consumer's sole expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.
