This kit has been designed specifically for the R56 MINI to deliver cool air to the K&N air filter supplied, unlike any other R56 intake kit the AEM comes with an air duct, which mounts, to the bonnet making the bonnet scoop functional after removing the plastic grill.

The AP spring kit offers a reduced ride height and changes the look of your MINI, original dampers can be used to achieve lowering up to 30mm on the front and 20mm on the rear once the springs have settled. This spring kit is ideal for those MINI motorists who would like to improve the driving characteristics and look of their MINI without having to buy coilovers.

The FlexPod is a simple, harmless and seamless way to integrate a pair of gauges into your MINI. Each of these FlexPod kits comes with everything you need for mounting two gauges. Once installed, your gauges will have a factory installed look and they’ll be in the perfect spot above the steering column for reading.

Each FlexPod Gauge Mount comes with a purpose-built Flexpod Bracket, and a pair of custom gauge cups (52mm or 60mm). The machined billet aluminium bracket attaches securely in 2 minutes, requiring no drilling, glueing or other modification. That means it is also completely reversible.

The Platypus utilizes the tow MINI hook, eliminating the need to drill into a brand new car or aero kit. By using the tow hook, the plate is also easily removable for track days and shows; it takes only 5 minutes to install and the entire plate can be rotated around for quick removal. That means if you ever need the tow hook in an emergency the Platypus will not cause you any trouble.

A strut brace will improve on the handling that the MINI is known for, since cornering is why we love the MINI, of course we want to make our improvements in that area. The Cravenspeed Strut Alignment Reinforcement System (AKA ‘SARS’) goes one step further to address an issue that MINI has not properly dealt with, Tower Deformation or Mushrooming. The base of the bar is a half-inch thick plate of billet aluminium that will keep your strut tower in tact, while the bar ties the two opposing towers together as a single unit.

Cravenspeed include their Strut Tower Defenders with the SARS product. The Strut Tower Defenders cover the whole tower, distributing out the shock force over the entire tower to prevent damage. You'll also receive a two-piece tunable billet aircraft aluminium bar - The two-piece design allows you to adjustment to put the proper tension on the bar to minimize flex in a corner.

EBC discs are designed to put up with higher temperatures and braking forces. Ideal for road use and the odd track day.

These EBC front discs are suitable for the MINIs with the JCW brake caliper upgrade or for MINIs with aftermarket big brake kits. 

The Forge resonator delete hose is not just a hose that looks great but also helps to boost performance. The OEM hose purpose is to reduce the rushing sound of air often associated with air or gases passing through pipe work. By removing this hose and the resonator and replacing it with a smooth tract air resistance is reduced meaning flow is increased.

These hoses are available in Red, Blue or Black.

Drive plates are wearable components and, if you have a Helix clutch kit installed, we can now offer a replacement if yours is worn. These drive plates will suit the Helix pressure plate as well as the standard MINI pressure plate.

For road applications you will require the organic drive plate. These are 226mm in diameter and rated to approximately 194lb/ft of torque (265Nm). 

Drive plates are wearable components and, if you have a Helix clutch kit installed, we can now offer a replacement if yours is worn. These drive plates will suit the Helix pressure plate as well as the standard MINI pressure plate.

For competition use you will require the paddle drive plate. They are 226mm in diameter and rated to approximately 248lb/ft of torque (338Nm). Cerametallic material is used in the four pads as its friction properties are retained at much higher temperatures than that of the organic material. 

Helix ‘Heavy Duty Cover Assembly’ has a higher clamp load (pressure) than the standard cover plate, which can cope with higher torque and increased engine rpm that a modified engine will have. The clutch also has a firmer clutch pedal feel for quicker gear changes.
The Drive plate (clutch plate) used in this kit features a sprung centre which is suitable for road and light track-day/competition use. The design features damper springs arranged radially around the hub centre which together with the facing segments provides progressive engagement and a greater degree of clutch control. The organic facing material is the best high performance material available.

Designed for track and race use, the Milltek Large Bore Downpipe & Decat pipe replaces the normal donwpipe on your Gen2 S variant. Using a de-cat pipe further increases air flow and therefore improves bhp and torque across the whole rev range.

These discs are suitable for MINI's with the Gen2 JCW Brembo caliper upgrade. We can now offer you replacement discs delivered directly to your door removing the hassle of going to your local dealership. 

The JCW discs come in either plain or drilled and grooved to aid performance, cooling and the removal of brake dust. They are a 1 piece disc with dimensions 316mm x 22mm and will only fit MINIs with the Gen2 JCW 4 pot caliper Brake upgrade. Discs are sold as a pair.

The set includes a pair of bushes to your standard MINI front anti-roll bar. The Black Series Bushes ensure that the front anti-roll bar works at its optimum on the track.

The Black Series Bushes manufactured by Powerflex are 80% more resistant to load than standard rubber and 25% stiffer than the Purple Powerflex bushes. This set includes a pair of bushes to replace the OEM front wishbone rear bushes. The Black Series bushes will keep play at a minimum, reduce tire wear and make the handling more predictable. These factors are important on the track where every second counts. Metal supports are also available that are recommended for motorsport use and help to further reduce flex.

The Black Series Rear Control Arm Bushes are to suit standard MINI rear control arms. They provide more stable geometry, allowing more accurate castor and camber on the track in all conditions. There are 4 bushes included in a set, which is enough for the pair of upper or lower control arms. 2 sets will be needed if you wish to upgrade both pairs of upper and lower control arms. The Tran-X powered by Quaife LSD is a multiple plate limited slip differential to suit the MINI Getrag 285 Gearbox. It features two ramp blocks sandwiching two planet carrier pins, which sit in the radius between the leading and trailing ramp angle. As torque is applied to the differential’s input, the pins ride up their respective leading ramps, pushing the blocks apart and increasing the transfer of torque across the axle. The angle of this ramp determines how quickly this transfer occurs within the LSD. An angle of 35 degrees allows the blocks to be pushed apart more readily than a 55 degree setting, resulting in a more aggressive differential locking action. Plus, the preload setting dictates the contact friction between the plates themselves. The higher the preload, the more rapidly friction increases between the plates, creating a more aggressive locking action.

Combined with the ramp angles, the preload allows subtle adjustments to the torque transfer characteristics allowing you to alter the dynamic balance your MINI.
Typical settings for a track orientated MINI would be 45/90, allowing progressive application of power for optimum acceleration. Tran-X also offers a less aggressive ‘super-lightweight’ plate setting (preload 10-15 lbsft) for certain road and kit applications to optimize performance and reduce operating noise.
