The MSD Ignition coil pack replaces the standard coil pack on all petrol engine Gen1 MINIs. The MSD Ignition coil pack has a higher capacity over the standard item, supplying the spark plugs with more power to produce a far bigger and fatter spark over standard. This fatter spark improves fuel burn for improved performance, better fuel economy and smoother engine running. Uprating the spark leads and plugs to performance items (eg. Magnecor Spark Leads & Denso Iridium spark plugs) will allow the MSD Ignition Coil Pack to be more effective. Changing all three items will greatly improve ignition performance.

**Please note, this product is not supplied with replacement bolts - your original bolts can be popped out of their outer sleeves to fit the Coil Pack: you must retain the original rubbers to prevent cracking the rocker cover**
