The LB1 brake package has been specifically designed for road and light track use and will give your MINI much improved stopping power. We feel that the MINI's brakes are one of its weaker points; the LB1 package improves bite and protects against brake fading under high temperatures. Uprating with EBC pads helps improve bite and work at higher temperatures and reduces brake dust too. Matching the pads with EBC discs improves bite and the grooves and dimples help to expel gas build up under braking which can cause the brakes to fade. Goodridge braided brake lines improve pedal feel with a firmer and better response under braking. The package includes Goodridge braided lines with stainless steel end caps for rust protection and/or black coated lines if you would like to maintain a standard look to your braking system. To match all of this, 2 bottles of AP Racing 5.1 dot brake fluid are included. The fluid has a higher boiling point that helps to combat brake fade under high temperatures. Please choose carefully from the options below as the pads and discs on the One, Cooper and Diesel models differ to those on the Cooper S models.
