Q. Are you open weekends?
A. Unfortunately not; our opening hours are Mon - Fri 9am - 5.30pm.

Q. Where are you based?
A. Lohen is based in Eccleshall, between junctions 14 and 15 of the M6. Our postcode is ST21 6JL and a Sat-Nav will bring you directly to our industrial estate. We're Unit 11.

Q. Do you offer fitting?
A. Yes, we offer fitting on all of the products that we sell. In some instances we'll also fit products you supply but it's worth contacting the team and discussing that with them directly for quotes.

Q. Do you have [a particular product] in stock?
A. Generally we try to stock the majority of the items that we sell with the exception of a few special order items such as wheels and seats. If your enquiry is urgent we strongly recommend you call the team on 01785 859999 to be sure.

Q. Do you have somewhere I can wait while the fitting work is carried out?
A. Yes, we have a warm waiting room with some comfortable sofas and a large TV, Xbox, games and DVD's plus access to Wi-Fi. The Team will be happy to supply you with cups of tea or coffee and there's also a café on-site should you require food.

Q. Do you have a courtesy car I can borrow?
A. For larger jobs we can supply one of our demonstrator MINIs to get you back on the road until your MINI has been worked on. However lot of jobs can be completed same day so you're welcome to wait as work is carried out.

Q. I live in [country not listed at our store], can you ship parts to me?

Q. I have a VAT number; can you remove VAT for me?
A. Absolutely - we currently don't have the facility to check VAT automatically at our store yet however if you forward details of your company and VAT number to the sales team via This email address is being protected from spambots.
