News for June 2008! Almost half way through the year and how time is flying! Lohen has once again been busy, including this month amping up a Gen1 Cooper S ready for a flying performance at the Nürburgring. Paul and Eileen seem to be suffering with MINI fever, this current car being their 4th New MINI to date. Lohen has helped them uprate their engine, suspension, brakes and wheels, full details of which can be found in our June mailshot here. Lohen has been confirmed as an Approved Fitting Centre for Quaife! And to celebrate this, we're offering a discounted price on the fitting of the Quaife ATB Differential: £300 including replacement diff bearings and VAT! This offer is valid when buying a Quaife ATB Differential from Lohen and fitted during the offer period. Offer valid until the end of July 2008.

We also have a special offer on last month's featured product, the Janspeed Manifold. News for May 2008! The summer season is swinging our way and Lohen's ready to shift down a gear, floor the accelerator and speed into summer!

Our showcar line-up has had a little primping by way of modifications to the Clubman. It's not all dark clouds and tractor noise from our Diesel beauty... in fact the only thing dark about her is the exquisite new Team Dynamics Equinox wheels in matt black she's sporting! She's had a few carefully calculated details changed and you can view the product list in our car diary section. We also have a few sneaky developments in the pipeline for the Clubman range, so keep checking back for more info.

The Clubman, alongside the Polar Bear (Gen2 Cooper S), travelled to Eibach's Open Day this month. The Lohen team had a great time chatting to customers and hope to attend plenty more events over the coming months.

Lohen is delighted to announce our approval as M7 dealers. M7 is always striving to create innovative new products for your MINI and provide another option to modify your car. News for April 2008! There may be April showers, but that’s not dampening Lohen’s enthusiasm! This month has seen the creation of a Media Section to our website, which you may notice in the tabs along the top. Here you’ll find details of past mailshots and a link to our YouTube page where we’re detailing our MINI adventures with new and exciting videos. We’re delighted to showcase the video from our track day at Snetterton in this brand new section here.

Lohen is pleased to present Chris Lake’s Gen1 Cooper S as our featured car this month. Taking his inspiration from various places, his car is certainly one of a kind in terms of styling and we’ve been proud to help create something unique. We’ve had a whole host of people round to visit including the Performance & Styling Magazine and Performance Tuner Magazine. Our outing at Snetterton is included in this month’s Modern MINI Magazine, and we’re off to Eibach’s Open Day on Sunday 20th so we’re busier than bees in honey-making season!

And finally, Lohen has released products a-plenty: Various Alta items including the Cooper S stealth intercoolers, stealth & oval tailpipe cat-back systems and super short radio antennas, Brembo Big brake kits for Gen2, K&N Apollo Intake kits for Gen2 and Rays G07CR wheels. News for March 2008! A few months into 2008 and we’ve been extremely busy here at Lohen. Our Gen2 Cooper S attended Germantrack’s first organised track day and had a fantastic time. The weather was chilly but certainly didn’t affect our enjoyment, as our little monster of a MINI took to the track with such motoring heavyweights as BMW, Porsche and Audi. We were delighted to spend some time chatting to fellow MINI drivers and also to Modern MINI who will be publishing a feature on our car very soon!

Lohen is pleased this same show car could provide some inspiration for one customer’s Cooper S. Nick Davenport visited us and took a test drive and has modified his car to virtually the same specification and is very satisfied with the results! We’re happy to offer customers a test drive in any of our show vehicles, and discuss your modification options. Please contact us for details.

And it’s products galore in a jam-packed month with Lohen releasing Ultra Projector Headlights and Powerflex 'Lohen recommended' Bush Packs for the Gen1. We also have the Borla Cat-back system and Pipercross Air Filter both for the Gen2 Cooper S. And, with Eibach Springs (Gen2) for the Clubman and a fantastic lower price on our CNC machined Performance Heads, who needs chocolate?! Happy Easter to you all! We will be closed from the 21st - 24th, reopening on 25th March.

News for February 2008! Lohen has released some very exciting products this month to broaden our Gen2 product range and not just for Cooper S owners! We're launching the brand new Milltek Cat-back exhaust for the Gen2 Cooper, one of the first performance products available for this model. We’ve also released brand new KW Coilovers specifically for the Clubman, available in Variant 1, 2 and 3. And last but not least, our Alta Gen2 range has also grown, ranging from air intake systems, intercoolers, short shifters and more. See our online shop for further details.

Lohen will be attending a German car based track day organised by Germantrack.com. It caters for BMW, Porsche, Mercedes Benz, Audi, VW and MINI drivers. New MINI owners are welcome to take part and, with a handful of MINI challenge cars and a host of magazines attending (including Modern MINI magazine), it's sure to be a great day out. News for January 2008! Happy new year from the team at Lohen! We have great news! In Modern MINI Magazine's Oscars 2007, we've been voted independent new MINI specialist of the year, as voted by Modern MINI magazine's readers. Lohen has also taken delivery of a Gen2 Cooper D Clubman this month, stay tuned for more development! We'll be attending and showing our products and demo MINIs at this year's British MINI Show at Bingley Hall, Stafford. News for November 2007! Everyone at Lohen is very excited about this month's product releases! We've just released the brand new KW coilovers for the Gen1 Cooper S JCW GP and Gen2 Cooper and Gen2 Cooper S. So now even the lastest MINIs can handle like they're on rails! We've also been playing host to the guys and girls at DB Rally (www.dbrally.net), see the picture above.

News for October 2007! We're open on Saturday 13th October from 10am-2pm (usually open weekdays 9am-6pm). Our demo MINIs will be on display, as well as a wide selection of parts as always. Our team members will also be at hand to discuss any future plans you may have for your MINI. Due to a postal strike, any orders placed between the 5th & 10th of this month will not be delivered until the 11th at the earliest.

News for September 2007! Our latest addition to the demonstrator MINI line-up is a Hyper Blue Gen1 Cooper S. News for August 2007! Our stand at this year’s British MINI Showdown at the Shakespeare raceway was met with a great reception. Everyone at Lohen enjoyed the two-day event despite it raining all of Sunday! We recently attended a Guinness World record attempt at Donington Park on the 5th August for the most MINIs in a parade. Our MINI One demonstrator could be seen coasting around with 272 other MINIs (the slowest we’ve ever seen our MINI One lap Donington Park’s circuit!).

News for July 2007! We've moved! We've now moved to new larger premises as of the start of July. This now gives us even more space for MINIs, more space for stock, and space for race preparation. We are only a couple of doors down from our previous location and as such still offer the same great services as before. We can now be found at Unit 15d, Raleigh Hall, Eccleshall, Staffordshire. News for June 2007! It's full steam ahead for Lohen this summer! We've been circling Donington Park this month after releasing our MINI One Gen1 (with LO3 150bhp) from its cage. We've just taken delivery of Autologic's diagnostic equipment for the new MINI. We now offer a solution with fault reading and diagnostics for the Gen1 MINI (Gen2 to follow soon). News for February 2007! A brand new R56 Gen2 Cooper S is the latest eagerly-anticipated addition to Lohen’s demo car line up. Keep checking back for upcoming developments with this fantastic MINI.

Lohen’s Alta range keeps progressing with the introduction of yet more items. Now the largest selection in Europe, we stock Version 2.0 components which feature improvements on current Alta products for the Gen1 MINI.
