Superchips Bluefin & VSpire Remapping: What is the difference?

We supply both the Bluefin and VSpire Superchips systems for the new MINI. Originally the VSpire was the only way to remap your MINI. This system would involve a visit to us where we plug in our laptop and remap your MINI within 30 minutes. The Superchips Bluefin is a module that plugs into the MINI and allows the owner the remap their car themselves. The reason why this is great is that we can send you the Bluefin directly to your door, meaning you can remap your MINI yourself in your drive or anywhere infact. The Bluefin system can upload your standard map too if you no longer want the remap or if you’re selling the car or taking it for a service. This can be done as many times as you like. The Bluefin system uses the same maps as the VSpire system so the performance benefits are exactly the same.

We are still able to offer the VSpire system if you would like peace of mind that a professional has remapped the car or you're visiting for a performance package or any other reason. The VSpire system is also reversible like the Bluefin. The VSpire system is also backed by a Superchips warranty (Call for details).
