Based in Raleigh Hall, Staffordshire, Lohen has gone from strength to strength requiring larger and more extensive facilities to match our growth. Our online store has wide-ranging and detailed product information: no matter what your needs are, Lohen is pleased to answer any query, however large or small. We hold a wide range of parts in stock exclusively for the new MINI to cater for our online shop, on-site shop and fitting requirements. Most products are ready for dispatch same day for delivery in the UK and overseas using our fully insured courier service. For all of the brands we supply, we offer advice, technical information and a returns policy based on manufacturers' warranties.

All of these benefits amount to a fast, safe and trouble-free service whether ordering through our online shop or on-site, or taking advantage of our experienced, well trained fitting service.

Workshop Services

Fitting service for all parts
Lohen customers can now benefit from our high-quality fitting service whether you purchase the items online or buy whilst here on the premises. We charge a flat rate for fitting, so your quote would be the maximum you’d pay. We do, however, ask you to contact us for fitting charges, as some products are exempt from this flat rate fee. Fitting is carried out by our team of mechanics experienced in both road and race applications. We have a waiting room with sofa, magazines and Xbox, so the time will fly by whilst you wait for your MINI to be improved!
Servicing
Lohen now offers servicing on the new MINI (Petrol models). We have full diagnostic equipment to read faults and also reset the service interval on your dash. Our servicing includes everything listed in the service booklet plus additional checks free of charge. We use original manufacturers parts unless you wish to upgrade at the same time. The Oil service, Inspection 1 and 2 include engine oil. We can also change brake & coolant fluid, or if your MINI just needs a refresh outside of service intervals we can just change the engine oil. Bodyshop
With attention to detail at the forefront of our mind, we’re pleased to offer access to bodyshop facilities for those final touches. From standard arches to interior parts and bodykits, your car can benefit from a professional finish.

Suspension setup
With access to top-quality facilities, Lohen is confident we can improve your suspension setup. Our expertise aren’t restricted to coilovers and instead cover all the stops. We’ll test drive your MINI and give you a solution based on that evaluation. And with corner weighing, camber, toe, ride height and tracking checks, we can satisfy your needs in one go.
Engine Rebuild
Whether you have track or road performance in mind, your MINI’s engine might benefit from a rebuild. New head, block, pistons, valves: you name it and Lohen can restore or uprate to your specifications. Please call us for further details.
 Diagnostics
Lohen now has Autologic's diagnostic equipment for the new MINI. We now offer a solution with fault reading and diagnostics for the Gen1 MINI (Gen2 to follow soon). Do you have a fault you'd like us to check out, or an annoying light that needs inspecting and resetting? Please let us know.
Design Services

Engineering & Custom Parts
Lohen can provide engineering solutions. Headed by an ex-McLaren engineer we’ve got the capabilities to assess, solve problems, and provide answers to improving your car whether it’s for the general use or for racing. With access to CNC machining, custom fabrication and computer aided design, our experienced team of engineers can manufacture custom parts to your specific requirements. Design studio
Lohen now offers MINI owners a new experience in modifying. Our Design Studio combines numerous elements and allows us to work with you on creating a unique look and feel to your MINI. Collection & Drop off Service
Too busy? Can't find the time? Let us look after transportation of your MINI to and from us. We offer a collection and drop off service for customers in the UK using our Autoporters service. We will collect your MINI and bring it to ourselves, we'll then carry out the required upgrades/service, on completion we'll arrange to deliver your MINI straight back to an address of your choice.
